Customer Policy
Routine test results are e-mail/FAX'd to you in 3 to
5 working days,
with 24/48 hour turnarounds also available.
All Test Procedures are specified for all tests.
All samples are retained for at least 30 days.
All testing is performed in accordance with quality standards
and CGMP compliance.
Assistance for test recommendations and discussions is
free unless feasibility testing is required.
Most testing is quoted on the phone or in writing within
24 hours
